The Caledon Semi Bulk Solvent Container Program (SBSC) provides a safe, economical and environmentally responsible method of delivering larger quantities of high purity sovents to the point of use. Solvents are packaged in stainless steel returnable containers that are equipped with all of the necessary fittings and hardware to dispense the solvents either inside a laboratory fume hood, or directly to a piece of equipment. The driving force to dispense the solvent is low pressure nitrogen, and the flow rate is maintained by controlling the inlet pressure and outlet control valves. No pumps are involved.
